Preparing the Library Environment

Head to the bottom level of the library and locate the broken mechanic's jack beneath the trapped bookshelf. Interact with the mechanism to insert the Jack Handle from your inventory and lower the shelf onto its casters.
Once released, grab the outer shelf and push the row together toward the right side of the room to bridge the gap above. Climb up the library ladder and cross the newly formed bookshelf pathway to reach the third floor balcony safely.
Accessing the Clock Tower and Beyond
Crossing the bookshelf bridge grants direct access to the third-floor upper hallway connected to the Main Hall. From this point, players can proceed straight toward the Clock Tower to continue the primary escape storyline.
